Now for the surprise: I’m working on book #3 in the Grouse Creek series! No one could be more surprised by this than I am. I had only the vaguest idea of how the rest of the series would go, and I really thought I wouldn’t get back to it for quite a while (if ever). But then the plot of this next book came to me out of the blue. It took the series in a new direction, but I like it. I normally wouldn’t announce it until I’m a lot closer to release, but I think my in-progress draft is pretty solid, so I think the book will eventually be a go. Plus I know people have been curious about when my next book is coming. I don’t have a projected release date for this one (or even a projected completion date), but at least now you know there’s something in the works.
